I tried putting the image over the masthead, as many successful, pre-exisitng magazines such as XXL, Dazed &Confused, Vibe, etc. use. I had difficulty managing the model's hair on the Photoshop programme and therefore the end result was untidy and is not something I feel would appeal/ attract the target audience (male and female 16-24.) Despite this, I felt that experimenting with different ideas helped me achieve a better final result of the front cover as I knew what ideas worked and what would not.
